Hello Alumni,
I hope you are all doing well. The Alumni is looking for 2025 Seniors to apply for our scholarship awards! You have to be a graduating Billerica High School Senior who is looking to further their education. You can be going to a 2-year, 4-year college or a certificate program, a license program (hairdresser, barber, emt, Real estate.)
June 6th Reunion

Hello Alumni,
We are preparing for our June 6th Alumni Reunion. This year we were late getting our invites out. We were waiting on updates on Covid restrictions and then finding a venue for the event. The Elks was the best choice this year. We are holding it outdoors at the Pavilion and look forward to some fresh air and good friends. The caterer we chose this year is Razzie's. They are a local caterer and have been in Billerica for awhile. We chose to have a bagged or boxed lunch for this event. It just seemed safer at the moment. We look forward to our lunch! We have 2 awardees for the Jack Fay award and one for the Framingham Scholarship. The Doug Dooley award is giving out 8, the David S Solomon Jr Memorial award is giving out 2. We also have the following awards giving out one each: Mal Marshall Memorial Award, Ralph Brigham Award, Karyn (Hanis) Marmiani Memorial Award, Grant and Rose Whiteway award, The Class of 1959 Award , the Sheila Russell Award, The William and Sonny Robbins Award, The Mary-Jo O'Mahony Colburn Memorial Award, the Robert and Heather Brown Family Award, The Ann O'Neill Baraldi and John Baraldi Memorial Award and the 50 year class of 1971 award. For a total of 24 awards. We have a few special presentations to hand out also. We will be doing a 50/50 raffle!
This year we have Sarah McClellan and Jennie Higgins, two board members, who are doing the decorating of the pavilion in a garden party theme this year. They have the help of past president Evelyn Whiteway, who will be doing the center pieces for the tables. The ladies have also decided to provide a few games of croquet and corn hole for your entertainment.
Our DJ is past president and Life member Cathy Conway who will be providing the tunes for a fun afternoon.
The photographer is our wonderful Sarah Strunk who enjoys getting a smile out of our classes!
This will be a casual Lunch, and you will still have to sign in at the registration table with Donna Robillard and Barbara Reinecker. We will need some help setting up in the morning at 11 am. If you are interested in helping send an email to billericaalum@gmail.com

IMPORTANT NOTICE
At this time the HHS-BMHS Alumni Association will be postponing the 2020 Annual Banquet and Reunion.
We will keep you all informed as to what we will be doing, via Social Media, email, and phone, and our website: bmhsalumni.org
We will still be accepting Scholarship applications up to the deadline. As for your student High School Transcript, send what you can. We will let you all know what we will be doing for the Scholarships, Framingham Scholarship, and the Jack Fay Award in the coming weeks.
The Community Hall of Fame has also postponed their event and will be making a statement on their website and Facebook group page. We will also keep you updated on this. You can still continue to nominate people.
Please, still pay your dues, and if you want to donate to the scholarships, please do. We want to do as much as we can for the BMHS Class of 2020.

HHS BMHS and PCI Directory project
125 year directory update project
We are updating our Alumni Directory!
As of Today, December 6, 2019, the Billerica Alumni is currently collecting data through a company called PCI, from our alumni for the sole purpose of updating our Alumni Directory. This alumni directory has not been updated since our 100th year (25 years ago).
When PCI contacts you, you are under No Obligation to purchase anything. Anything you do decide to purchase does not benefit the HHS-BMHS Alumni Association. Please just update the information you are comfortable with sharing so that we may strengthen our connection with all of our HHS-BMHS Alumni for reunions, alumni events and updates about your alma mater.
The update phase of this project will be ongoing until May of 2020 and directories will ship in October of 2020.. This is in preparation of our 125th year as an Alumni Association. We are the second oldest in the country.
The most concentrated classes will be those from 1992 through 2019. We will be constantly updating you all on the process of this project. Thank you!

In 1996, the Alumni worked with a company who helped to put together our very first Alumni Directory. We were approached by PCI to help us update our directory. After researching them and holding a couple of meetings with them, we brought this to our board, who did there own research and the project was approved to move forward. We have scattered information on the last twenty five years of our alumni, and to better serve you, we have enlisted this company to help us. Thank you for your help and cooperation in this matter.
